Enrichment Opportunities
At STM we offer an extensive range of enrichment opportunities. These opportunities enhance our personalised curriculum and allow all children to develop, embed and enrich the essential skills and knowledge they are learning in class.
These opportunities also allow our children to assess learning opportunities outside of the curriculum and teach them skills to help them to succeed in their futures. Some opportunities are whole-school initiatives, while others are focussed on class cohorts, small groups or individuals.
An example of some of the enrichment opportunities we provide are: workshops, visitors, library visits, working with local community charity groups, music tuition, extra-curricular clubs, visits to local secondary schools, specific year group education visits, cultural weeks, celebrating different faiths, residential trips for years 3 and 6 and many more!
In school we provide many enrichment opportunities such as: booster groups, greater depth maths groups for our Year 6 cohort, visits to our local library, book club, many different after-school clubs, lunch clubs and sport clubs..
